1. INITIAL INQUIRY
Our client can send an email, give a call or directly visit our office.
Our staff will immediately attend to your inquiry within the same day.
An accurate and detailed job description is vital in the initial action as we would
like to seek deeper understanding of the culture and demand of our client.
2. SELECTION OF CANDIDATES / INTERVIEW
After receiving the request and considering complete assessment of full requirements of our client, we
will start the search at our candidate’s database. Selection of possible candidates for the job requirement
will take place. Our staff will perform the screening of viable candidates and the client will then interview
only the pre-screened candidates.
3. EMPLOYMENT / FOLLOW-UP
We will provide full support until the final employment and its proceedings. We can provide the necessary
training or orientation should be needed and we welcome any exchange of conversation thereafter.
Our staff will always be available should you be needing further request or assistance and will be
checking each client regularly to ensure we deliver and maintain the best service our client deserve.
